Delete your account in the app
- Open Recivy and sign in.
- Open your profile.
- Select “Delete account.”
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion.
What happens next
Recivy deletes your Firebase sign-in account immediately. You cannot sign in again with that account.
Recivy retains your recipes, cookbooks, meal plans, grocery lists, import files, import jobs, and import feedback for up to 30 days. Recivy then permanently deletes that data.
Data deletion does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions through the store that processed the purchase.
Request deletion outside the app
Email hello@recivy.com from your account email address. Use “Delete my Recivy account” as the subject.
