Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you create an account or use Recivy. Do not use Recivy if you do not accept them.
You must have legal authority to accept these terms. A parent or guardian must approve use when local law requires it.
Your account
You must provide correct information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Tell us at hello@recivy.com if you think another person used your account.
The service
Recivy helps you import, store, organize, plan, and export recipes. Features and availability can change over time.
Imported and AI-generated details can contain errors. Check ingredients, allergies, cooking temperatures, and food safety before you use a recipe.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Recivy permission to host, process, copy, and display that content to operate Recivy.
You must have permission to submit content. You must respect copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, and source-platform rules.
Imported recipes can link to their original source. Recivy does not give you ownership of another person's content.
Subscriptions and credits
The app shows the current plan price, billing period, included credits, and import credit cost before purchase or use.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them through the store that processed the purchase. Store rules control payment, cancellation, taxes, refunds, and renewal timing.
Credits are service units. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Recivy can return credits after a failed eligible import.
Each subscription provides recurring AI import service access and a credit allowance for its billing period. The app shows the current allowance and import costs.
A cancellation stops a future renewal. It does not normally create a refund or remove access before the paid period ends.

Acceptable use
You must not:
- Break laws or violate another person's rights.
- Upload harmful, illegal, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Access another person's account or private information.
- Bypass credits, limits, security controls, or access controls.
- Disrupt Recivy or test its security without permission.
- Use automated systems that overload or misuse Recivy.
- Resell Recivy unless we give written permission.
Third-party services
Recivy uses third-party stores, websites, platforms, and service providers. Their terms and privacy policies can also apply.
We do not control third-party content, availability, policy changes, or service failures.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Recivy at any time. We can suspend or end access for misuse, legal requirements, security risks, or material breaches.
Terms about payments, ownership, disclaimers, liability, and disputes continue after access ends when they must continue.
You can delete your Recivy account in the app. Recivy deletes sign-in access immediately and associated data within 30 days. This action does not cancel a store subscription.
Disclaimers
Recivy is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent law permits, we disclaim implied warranties of fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement.
Recivy does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. You remain responsible for food choices and preparation.
Liability
To the extent law permits, Recivy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Local law can give you rights that these terms cannot limit. Those rights continue to apply.
Changes
We can update Recivy and these terms. We will update the effective date and provide notice when law requires it.
Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms, where law permits.
